Job Description

    Responsibilities:- Be hands-on, design and implement performant, quality and scalable systems- Review designs of other teams- Ramp up on the end-to-end platform and product quickly- Solutioning and evaluating feasibility of ideas/projects- Interfacing with PM, QA, Customer success teams, managers- Mentoring- End to end ownership of deliverables - attention to customer, quality, documentationRequirements:- 12-15 years of experience- Solid systems expertise needed- Strong in Python, MongoDB, Kafka, Elasticsearch- Good knowledge of Kubernetes, Cloud- Deep understanding of large-scale distributed systems architecture and data-driven development- Excellent performance optimization, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills- General breadth in other areas like web apps, infrastructure, APIs- Fast ramp up capability- Ability to communicate clearly and also drive to clarity- Ability to quickly debug/think of possible solutions given a problem/suggest alternative solutions- Taking initiative in different situations- Balancing ideas around the platform and product along with technical acumen- Work with tight deadlines and changing priorities- Preferred : Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
