JOB DESCRIPTION:The RequirementsYou Will:o Cover 7x24x365 as part of a shiftrotao Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for server infrastructureo Assist other teamswith infrastructure issueso Proactively manage and administer server environments; analyse customer requirements, gather and analyse data, recommending solutionso Assist with implementation and testing of DR solutions for new and existing customerso Conduct and report root cause and problem investigation for infrastructure and application issues to senior managemento Review and implement security recommendationso Investigate and report security breacheso Product / update support documentationo Undertake knowledge transfer to internal operation teamso Provide technical support as requestedWe would like you to have:o Wide depth of knowledge and experience working with several Windows server technologieso An ability to manage complex and large scale technical solutionso Extensive operational experience in deploying and managing Microsoft solutionso Excellent communication skills, both written and oralo An ability to deal with sensitive customer issueso An ability to provide technical input into bid, project and technical documentso An ability to manage time and multi- task effectively.o An existing Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or equivalentEssential Skills:o Microsoft Windows Server (2008, 2012 and 2016)o Active Directoryo Exchange Server (2010, 2013 and 2016)o Office 365o VMware ESXi 5.5/ 6.0o Windows and hardware clustering technologieso Security products (such as anti- virus, firewall etc)o Backup solutions (i.e. VEEAM, Backup Exec etc),
