    Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Consultant (HRSD / CSM / FSM)Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / RemoteExperience: 5 10 YearsJob Level: B2 / B3Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers/Consultants with strong expertise in one or more modules: HRSD, CSM, or FSM, along with solid scripting and integration skills.Key Technical Skills
    • ServiceNow modules: ITSM / HRSD / CSM / FSM / CMDB / ITAM / ITOM / ITBM / Portal / Virtual Agent
    • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
    • Experience in integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services, MID Server, Email)
    • Knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow architecture
    • Experience with third-party integrations
    Role-Specific RequirementsHRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery)
    • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD application
    • Knowledge of HR processes, functions, and best practices
    • Experience with Case Management & Knowledge Management
    • Experience in designing/implementing HR Shared Services
    • Expertise in HRSD implementation and integrations using REST/Web Services
    CSM (Customer Service Management)
    • Hands-on experience implementing standard CSM processes
    • Strong understanding of CSM workflows and lifecycle
    • Experience with integrations (SOAP, REST, Email, MID Server)
    • Knowledge of:
      • Proactive Customer Service Operations
      • Predictive Intelligence
      • Performance Analytics (PA)
      • Virtual Agent (VA)
      • Continual Improvement Management
    FSM (Field Service Management)
    • Experience in Work Order Management, Scheduling & Dispatch
    • Configuration of Field Agent activities (Mobile & Desktop)
    • Knowledge of Field Service processes, assignment, and add-ons
    • Experience optimizing:
      • Scheduling & Dispatch
      • Inventory Operations
      • Time Recording
    • Integration with external applications and data sources
    • Understanding of Field Service industry best practices
    Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
    • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules
    • Develop and maintain integrations
