Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements
    • Develop and maintain Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Flows, and ACLs
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and test environments
    • Participate in platform upgrade and cloning activities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile framework
    • Ensure best practices in development, documentation, and release management
    • Perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions
    Required Technical Skills
    • 5 to 7 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform
    • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, and CSS
    • Hands-on experience in module configuration and customization
    • Experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation
    • Understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
    • Experience managing development deliverables in Agile environments
    Certifications (Preferred)
    • CSA (Certified System Administrator)
    • CIS-ITSM
    • CIS-ITOM
    • CIS-SPM
