Job Description

*As part of Digital Customer Experience team in Global Service Organization, you ll be responsible for leading eCommerce initiative: ensuring success of pilot for shop.se.com (E3 eCommerce channel is the priority) as well ensuring consistency with other eCommerce (E1, E2, E4) initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead & coordinate eCommerce initiatives for Service LoB:
    • Perform (and share) regularly benchmarking of our competitors and other similar industry companies
    • Ensure on-going eCommerce (E1,E2 etc) initiatives are in line with LoB priorities
    • Define the value proposition of eCommerce service shop
    • Clarify & prioritize the customer journey for services E3
    • Lead the necessary processes transformations (pricing, supply chain, offer data / assets etc.)
  • Lead shop.se.com deployment starting with pilots and then in expanding
    • Act as SPOC for shop.se.com global program leader & Service LoB.
    • Prepare : define overall roadmap for service offer deployment in E3
    • Build: Define functional needs, in close collaboration with shop.se.com product owner as well as countries
    • Deploy: coordinate transformation streams with LoB / support functions to allow shop performance
    • Measure : Work closely with the E3 services trade merchandizer to review shops performance and to validate marketing growth plans, including launches and boosts within shop.se.com
    • Expand : Define the evolution roadmap of the Platform functional requirements requests, offer scope & scale-up plan for E3 services (services Deployment Roadmap : Scoping & prioritization by deployment phasis)
    • Report regularly clear progress, risk & issues to steerco & project meetings
Interaction with Stakeholders
  • eCommerce global team, including Shop.se.com program stakeholders
  • Global Services LoB: Business lifecycle families, data, marcom, pricing, Supply chain etc.
  • Service Commercial team, Country eCommerce, channel teams
Qualifications
  • Graduated from Bachelor or Master engineering degree
  • Experience in Project management (business needs identification, roadmap, dashboard, workshop management etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal AND written)
  • Passionate about digitization
  • Collaboration &Team work skills
  • Agile, able to adapt quickly extremely well organized
  • Obsessed by Customer satisfaction
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and/ or eCommerce would be a a key advantage
