Job Description

    A site supervisormanages construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to specifications.They also ensure that the work meets building codes and health and safety regulations.Responsibilities
      • Manage workers:Create schedules, assign responsibilities, and ensure workers are performing their duties
    • Inspect the site:Regularly inspect the site to identify and address hazards
    • Review plans:Check that plans and blueprints meet building regulations
    • Organize maintenance:Ensure construction machinery is working properly
    • Procure materials:Ensure the construction crew has the right materials
    • Complete reports:Provide reports to the project manager
    • Coordinate with others:Work with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
    • Monitor progress:Ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications
    • Resolve issues:Quickly and efficiently resolve issues that arise on-site
