Job Description

You ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You ll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what s being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key. And best of all, you ll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world.QualificationsThis role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math or equivalent training and relevant experience
  • 3 -8 Years of Strong experience in middle tier applications development using core java, multithreading. Experience with Python will be an added advantage.
  • 3+ experience on working with Oracle PL/SQL
  • Hands-on experience in real time messaging technologies like Tibco EMS.
  • 5+ years experience with build, code and deployment processes and have contributed to design
  • Good understanding of software design patterns and how to apply them to build maintainable code
  • Good understanding of n-tier application integration principles. Experience with processing large datasets and managing distributed transactions is a plus
  • Experience with application containerization using Docker, kubernetes is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work independently on projects and issues
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency, while maintaining attention to detail
Nice to have knowledge about
  • Python programming language.
  • RUST Programming language.
  • UI technologies like React, Angular JS.
  • Tibco StreamBase.
  • Investment Banking - Fixed Income domain, FIX protocol.
  • Continuous Integration and tools like GIT, Jules, Jenkins etc.
  • Gemfire caching technology
