Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the Business Manager include:

  • Assist MD in managing growth and sustenance of CCB Risk team in India
  • Ensure adherence to schedule for all planned tasks ensuring all CCB Risk related meetings across sub-LOBs are per schedule with key action points documented/ tracked
  • Participating and documentation of all relevant decisions
  • Ensure that action plans for EOS are executed per schedule and updating management on regular basis
  • Support senior leaders in the Risk Management team; and the broader Risk & Compliance Business Management function
  • Track Leavers / Movers / Joiners and provide regular MIS to management and HR
  • Assist in developing and creating high impact presentations for business reviews
  • Keep track of team financials .actuals vs plan
  • Co-ordination for Reward & Recognition
  • Manage Real estate and location strategy for team
  • Manage and coordinate Resiliency and Controls for team with appropriate partners
Qualifications:
  • MBA from good institute
  • 3-5 years of business management experience
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to prioritize workload, work well under pressure and be pro-active in approach along with being flexible attitude towards working hours
  • Ability to build both internal and external relationships
  • Ability to demonstrate utmost discretion and professionalism at all times
