We empower the original mobile device: YOU!What were looking for:You as a staff software engineer will have the opportunity to collaborate with the brightest engineering minds and work on cutting-edge technology in data center computing.Position Overview:Design and develop complex features on embedded networking platform. The focus will be on the development of features in core networking and high availabilityRoles and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for core networking (layer2/3/4) protocol and feature development. This will include support for various form factors of the Citrix ADC
  • You will be responsible for the developing features that will help customer deploying a highly available Citrix ADC.
  • You will be driving technical planning after understanding requirements, translating them into design/development items and be exceptional in execution
  • You should have the ability to work across various engineering, product management, sales, account teams seamlessly and bring everyone together to solve business problems
  • You will understand customer s business goals and translate into deployment architecture and able to identify road map and gaps and translate them into Engineering requirements
  • Compelling contributions to a technology area through new technology developments and research
  • Key Influencer in the new product or service development and demonstrated experience launching in collaboration with business or partner
  • Proven expertise developing complex systems from architecture to implementation
  • Proven ability to lead globally diverse teams with little to no supervision
  • You will be developing solution and debugging/fixing bugs in existing exceptionally complex products
  • Development experience in Agile, test-driven development is a plus
Basic Qualifications:
  • BS/MS in CS/EE or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven design and development skills in complex applications and systems software
  • Proficient in C, Perl/Python.
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking a must. Should have good working experience on various L2, L3, L4 networking technologies.
  • Expertise in Algorithms and data structures
  • Broad system-level knowledge, preferably with Unix variant
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
