Sterling Commerce Architect (Exp 8 yrs and above) Must have led large- scale business application Architecture / Design / Development efforts in Sterling OMS. Must have design and development experience in Sterling OMS. Knowledge in one or more Order Management products ( SAP Hybris, Order Dynamics etc., ) . Advanced/ Expert level in Sterling Order Processing, Inventory Management, Reverse Logistics, Delivery and Service Scheduling. A strong understanding of eCommerce B- to- B and B- to- C concepts and solution experience. Worked in at least 2 of major ecommerce site with Sterling OMS Integration. Technical expertise in core database technologies, CSS, XSL, and Sterling Commerce architectures. Expertise in Configuration, Installation and Integration of Product Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Demonstrates strong problem solving and effective decision- making skills. Provides technical architecture thought leadership to client and organization Sterling Consultant - Senior Developers (5 yrs and above) & Junior Developers ( 3 yrs to 5 yrs ) Must have design and development experience in Sterling OMS. Worked in at least 1 of major ecommerce site with Sterling OMS Integration. Should have experience in the implementation and customization of Sterling OMS using Websphere, Java/ J2EE, JSP, JDBC, Servlets, SOA Architecture, Web Services, JMS messaging, XML, XSLT, Xpath and Oracle Database. Should be proficient in the installation, configuration and day- to- day tasks associated with a Sterling runtime environment. Should be able to work independently on Support / Development projects. Participate in projects and provide cross- functional IT application support coordination on issues & design planning.,
