Job Description

    Indias leading silver jewellery and natural diamond jewellery brand is looking for Supply Chain Ops Manager in Karnataka, Candidates must have got at least 2 years of Team Handling Experience, interested candidates may apply at hidden_emailRoles & responsibilities -
    • Manage the supply inward operations (gate entry, grn, etc.)
    • Manage the QC team to ensure only quality products are moved further
    • Ensure the smooth movement of saleable & non-saleable inventory
    • Manage the supply-returns team to ensure timely dispatch of materials
    • Actively work with vendors to let them know the material rejection reasons
    • Get the processes more quick & efficient at the same time maintaining accuracy
    • Do the required planning in advance to ensure smooth & seamless operations of QC & material movement
    • Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure the flow of required information when needed
    • Supervise the daily supply operations and generate detailed-report on a daily basis
    Requirements (Skills & others)-
    • Ability to lead the teams & multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Have a real understanding of priority and urgency
    • Drive to get to the root cause of problems and solve them
    • Take the ownership to get the things done in a timely manner
    • Strong interpersonal skills & strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent data accuracy skills, an eye for detail are a must
    • Passionate about building processes & teams and scaling them
    • Good computer skills (especially on MS-Excel).
    • Bachelors Degree (min.)
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain/operations
    • Fluency in Kannada is mandatory
