• The Sitecore Technical Lead is the Primary technical owner of the Digital Sitecore product inclusive but not limited to conceptualization, design, architecture, and delivery. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications using the Sitecore Experience Platform.

# Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain robust, scalable web solutions using Sitecore and related technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementations.
• Customize and extend Sitecore components, templates, and modules to meet project requirements.
• Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of the Sitecore applications.
• Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and product managers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools within the development team.
• Drive the Digital channel product strategy with cloud first approach.
• Demonstrated technical expertise on projects and leading teams.
• Provide necessary guidance and inputs to digital solutions, customer experience and strategy.
• Aid when needed in designing and documenting requested enhancements.
• Communicate and share key insights and findings to the support team and community.
• Experience in communicating with end users, technical & business teams to collect requirements, solution product features, and technical designs.
• Mentor and support junior developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Subject matter expert in Sitecore technologies within the team.
• Tools and technologies include Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), .NET, SQL Server, Azure, and relevant DevOps pipelines.
• Collaboration using tools like Azure DevOps
• Good to have knowledge on Cloudflare, NewRelic, Google Analytics, React,
# Experience :
• 15years of experience in web development, with 8 years specifically in Sitecore development.
• Strong knowledge of Sitecore 10 and its key features like SXA, EXM, and xConnect.
• Sitecore Certification (e.g., Sitecore Certified Developer).
• Proficiency in .NET (C#), ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.
• Experience with SQL Server and data modeling for Sitecore.
• Familiarity with Sitecore Helix principles and modular architecture.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like React or Angular
• Sitecore Architectural experience, building and reviewing architecture and design documents.
• Experience in improving maturity of the product and implementation.
• Able to manage and mentor the team to deliver technical enhancements, upgrades, and issue fixing.
• Working with Enterprise Architect team to mature the product lifecycle and bring optimizations.
• Experience in Sitecore Solr implementations
• Effective business analysis skill to be able to build technical solutions for business requirements.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud.
