1. 12 to 14 years of Overall IT experience2. At least 3 - 5 years of experience in leading a project delivery following Agile Methodologies3. Good understanding of DevOps and Cloud Engineering Technical space of work4. Preparation of Milestone stone plan and drive the team delivery aligned with the same.5. Bring in the alignment on Strategic goals of the Program6. Collaborate with key stakeholders/product owners/practitioners to drive the program goals7. Proficiency with Agile software development management methodologies8. Ensure availability of prioritized Backlog, in collaboration with key stakeholders/product owners/practitioners9. Work with the Practitioners/Engineers on grooming the backlog for the upcoming sprints.10. Setup the SCRUM and run the scrums for the team.11. Run ahead SCRUM that drives the architecture and solution to be built12. Engineering SCRUM that does Day to Day execution of the activity13. Weekly Reports collation and review14. Delivery Updates for Delivery meeting - To be ready for Monday15. Practice Update for Practice meeting - To be ready for Friday16. Facilitation of Sprint Planning, Reviews/Demo and Retrospective. 17. At least one SCRUM certifications18. Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress19. Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements20. Coordinating the Functions and their interdependencies21. Managing stakeholders- communication (both internal and external)22. Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the programs - outcome- 23. Demonstrated success at managing programs and projects of equivalent scale24. Strong understanding of project management principles25. Rapidly adapt and respond to changes and ability to effectively prioritize26. Extensive experience leading, coordinating, and organizing remote teams in a collaborative environment27. Experience in managing own and others work effort including time management, estimation, completion, issue identification & resolution, and status reporting28. Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical groups,
