Job Description

    Job Description for Tele sales Role at Star HealthRole: Tele sales Officer (TSO)Location: Chennai (NMR) and BangaloreJob Responsibilities:Promote and sell Star Health insurance products to prospective customers via telephonic communication.Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.Ensure proper follow-up with customers to close sales.Qualifications:Experience:Experienced candidates: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, tele sales, or tele calling.Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude are welcome.Education: High school diploma or equivalent.Skills:Must have good communication skills in English.Additional language proficiency as required per.Sales-driven with a customer-centric attitude.Preferred Profile:Candidates with prior experience in tele sales or tele calling will be given preference.Candidates must not be currently pursuing any education.
