Telesales Executive-Elevate X Solutions(Voice) Location: Noida / Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune Salary: 15,000 25,000 (In-Hand) Retainer Incentives (5,000) Work Hours: 10 AM 6 PM | Fixed Timing Job Type: Full-Time | Work from OfficeAbout Us:Key Responsibilities: Engage with highly qualified leads (No cold calling). Handle less than 10 calls per day chat support. Client acquisition and retention based on inbound leads. Collect monthly retainer fees from clients as per the agreed timeline. Collaborate with senior advocates to prevent client harassment and ensure quick settlements. Negotiate with banks and recovery agencies to achieve the best resolutions for clients.Skills & Qualifications: Education: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred Experience: 6 months 2.5 years in Inside Sales, Edtech Sales, or Insurance Sales (No field sales, FMCG, or retail sales) Skills: Excellent communication, client relationship management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Tech Requirements: Laptop & mobile required (rental options available)Perks & Benefits: Fixed salary attractive incentives Desk job fixed working hours (10 AM to 6 PM) Medical insurance up to 2 Lakhs Fast-growing company with career growth opportunities
