This Role is about the ownership of the End-to End Storage Product Validation. The main product lines being validated by the team are SAS Based RAID controllers, Non-RAID HBA controllers & IOM (I/O Modules) supported on Dell PowerEdge Series of ServersRole Responsibilities:- Owning and Driving Storage Validation Strategy- Working with Validation Leads to get the implemented- Working with Development & Validation teams located across geographies- Driving Automation Strategy and working with Automation lead to get it implemented- Being part of Validation level & site level initiatives- Mentoring junior members of the team to develop technical talent in the teamSkills:- Strong Storagein-depth technical knowledgeof Storage Protocolsespecially inSAS and with additional exposure to FC & iSCSI- Minimum3-4 years of hands on experience in defining and driving Validating Enterprise Storage Validation Strategy & proven expertise in working with Development teams- Minimum 4-5 years of prior experience as a hands on lead in driving and delivering Enterprise Storage product as a Lead- Having good exposure to industry wide Storage debugging and other tools used in validating the Enterprise Storage Products- Exposure to other System Management areas- Exposure across 1 or many server platforms IBM, HP, Dell, Cisco etc.- Exposure across wide a range of Operating System platforms - Linux, Windows & Virtualization- Basic knowledge of Automation scripts (Perl/Python) as exposure in driving Automation Strategy for the Storage Product- Must be a flexible self-starter who can ramp up with new Storage Product & technologies quickly as well as mentor senior team members in the team- Should be excellent in communication and coordination between various other departments in the product development and influence other stake holders to drive changes- Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills, good oral and written communication skills, and excellent analytical skillsQUALIFICATION:Minimum Qualification:
