Hands on in BW and BE administration and maintenance. Hands on in TIBCO EMS administration and maintenance. Experience in (Incident management, change management, Patching, Problem management). Expertise in TIBCO EMS administration and knowledge in development of BW through TIBCO designer. Expertise in Production setup for the TIBCO products like BW, EMS and RTView. Expertise in implementation/installation/maintenance/support (Level 1-2 Production Support) of BW/Adapters Farms. Expertise in installation and configuration of TIBCO suite of products like TIBCO Business Works 5.x, TIBCO Enterprise Messaging Service (EMS) 5.x, 6.x, 7.x, 8.x; TIBCO Administrator 5.8, 5.9, 5.13; TIBCO Hawk; TIBCO Adapters. Work with vendor support on high level tasks and provide fix to the application users or clients.
