The Alternatives Group (Hedge Funds & Private Equity) supports the day to day execution of Hedge Fund & Private Equity operations, which includes booking of trades, investigation of inquiries, trade reconciliations and provides support to front office and client-facing stakeholders.Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures. Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations. Monitoring and chasing queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations. Manage operations with minimal or no supervision. Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives. Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date. Taking process trainings for new joiners Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to details. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate effectively to different styles and at different levels of seniority.
