    Dear Candidates,We are Looking for AR EXPJob profile: AR / RCM (inter. voice process)SKILLS : Denials Exp Voice is MustExp: 1 to 4 yearsLocation: Chennai, BangaloreSalary: 40kCONTACT: hidden_mobileAnushya HRJob descriptionPerform pre-call analysis and check the status by calling the payer or using IVR or web portal servicesMaintain adequate documentation on the client software to send the necessary documentation to insurance companies and maintain a clear audit trail for future referenceRecord after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-upAssess and resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints through calling to ensure those customer inquiries are resolved at the first point of contactProvide accurate product/ service information to the customer, research available documentation including authorization, nursing notes, medical documentation on clients systems, interpret explanation of benefits received, etc prior to making the callPerform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for underpayment, days in A/R, top denial reasons, use appropriate codes to be used in documentation of the reasons for denials/underpaymentsJob RequirementsCandidate must be fluent in English. Prior experience in an international call center is an advantage, but not compulsoryFlexibility to work in night shift, according to US office timings and holiday calendarsFast learner with the ability to talk to people effectively, and adapt well to different situations for meeting operational goalsBasic working knowledge of computersSkills : * Candidate must have experience in Physician Billing also Hospital Billing. * Candidate must have experience in voice process, * Candidate should have knowledge on denials minimum 8 Denials and More.
