Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Pharmaceutical, Home & Personal Care industryMeet with Scientists & Procurement teams of customers to introduce & promote our raw materialsProvide technical support and guidance to customers on the selection and use of our raw materialsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunitiesPrepare and deliver sales presentations to customersNegotiate contracts and agreements with customersCollaborate with internal teams, including Supply Chain, and accounts, to ensure timely delivery of products and servicesMaintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the companys CRM systemAttend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services
