Job Title:Marketing Officer / Senior Marketing OfficerCTC:16,000 20,000 (based on location) IncentivesEligible for conveyance allowance (subject to minimum verified leads)Job Type: Field JobEligibility Criteria:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.Preferred: Own a bike and Android mobile device.Skills Required:Smart, presentable, and self-motivated.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation Activities:Conduct below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities for lead generation, such as:Organizing petrol pump activities.Coordinating school drawing competitions.Door-to-door campaigns.Engage with potential clients to pitch the companys offerings.Client Interaction:Meet clients and persuade them to fill out company coupons as per the prescribed pitch.Data Entry & Reporting:Record the generated leads in the companys online database.Share daily MIS reports of leads generated with the survey supervisor.Perks and Benefits:Incentives based on performance and lead conversion.Conveyance allowance for achieving minimum verified leads.Opportunity to gain hands-on field experience in marketing and client interaction.
