Job Description

Designation # Business Development Manager (BDM) Banking Partnerships Experience # Min 3 years of experience Payroll # Mswipe Onroll Location #Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, TelanganaCTC # Max Rs 3 lacs Qualification Any Graduate -

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients / banks
  • Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting bank objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing banks and branches
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Preferable from Banking/ IT Industry & POS industry
  • Preferable from our competitors likes AGS / India Transact / Bijlipay / Ezetap / Worldline / Payswiff / Pine Labs / Innoviti / Mosambee etc.
Required Skill:-
  • Proven workingexperience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English / regional languages
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiationskills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
Target:
  • Minimum 15 new banks acquisition / Annual
  • Managing minimum 5 - 8 Area Sales Officers of Retail Team
  • Minimum 100 leads generation from existing banks portfolio / Monthly with 80% conversation (Signups)
    • All leads will be given to retail sales team
    • No individual merchant signup target
  • Managing existing top 100 merchants relationship
  • Managing existing banks portfolio for generating more business
  • Cross selling Mswipe VAS products
