This role requires hands-on technical support and regular coordination with customers to ensure equipment runs smoothly and issues are resolved quickly.Key Responsibilities: Install and set up equipment at customer locations and ensure proper functioning Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime Provide both on-site and remote support to customers Run diagnostic checks and resolve faults efficiently Communicate with customers to understand issues and offer technical solutions Train customers on equipment usage when required Maintain service reports and documentation after each visit Follow safety and quality guidelines during installation and maintenance Advise customers on upgrades or replacement of parts if neededDay-to-Day Activities: Regular customer interaction to address concerns and improve equipment usage Track daily tasks and update the head office with activity reports Manage material requests and monitor stock availabilityMonthly / Ongoing: Plan and complete preventive maintenance schedules Prepare monthly performance reports and review KPIs Meet key stakeholders at least once every quarter in personIf intersted then call me or send your profile on given email id.ThanksMuskan Rajakhidden_emailhidden_mobile
