Job Description

Job Title : Service Desk Role (IT Technical Support)AnyONE of the language in the below list is mandatory for this job role.

JD: (basically resource who has some end user IT technical support background like Windows OS/Desktop/Laptop/MS office/Applications): L0/L1
  • Having a strong hold on the foreign language and Basic understanding of the IT is a good to have.
  • Schedule the call for initiating of Modern Workspace Enrollment with Location SPOC
  • Check for the device readiness with location SPOC
  • Initiate Enrollment process from Zoom by connecting to old system of the user
  • Check for data backup from user old device
  • Unbox of device
  • Device checking remotely
  • Device configuration check remotely
  • Execute Enrollment process
  • Connecting to Wi-Fi (locally)
  • Check for any errors or issues for Enrollment
  • Checking Enrollment completion from AirWatch Workspace One admin console
  • Checking for applications installation from AirWatch Workspace One admin console
  • Device check list verification
  • Mobility application solution and OS features walkthrough
  • Hands on session
  • FAQ and how to do handouts to the Diageo employee
  • Dry run
  • Handover and sign-off
  • Location: Bangalore
