Vehicle Integration DMU
• Minimum 6 months of work experience DMU.
• Vehicle Architecture & layout, Dimensional Concepts, Packaging Concepts, etcfor automobile application.
• Know How of Vehicle ergonomics & knowledge about Global Car Information Exchange (GCIE).
• Good knowledge of vehicle packaging, vehicle layout and BOM preparation.
• Hands on experience in Digital Mock Up (DMU )& handling Vehicle Layouts.
• Excellent knowledge with hands on experience in Catia/Teamcentre/PLM/CAVA
• Good knowledge of vehicle from Bumper to Bumper and its functions .

Responsibilities:
• Packaging & integrating vehicle systems into a vehicle.
• Monitor Virtual vehicle layout & finalize P&H (Pro portions & Hard points).
• Packaging investigations for vehicle systems and conducting DMU (Digital Mock Up) reviews.
• Prepare GCIE Vehicle Level Drawings consisting for Major Dimensions
• Understanding of dynamic parts envelops
• Manage Variants & meet project specific communication & Standardization targets
• Conceptualize & detailed design VI systems meeting Cost weight & functional targets.SAM analysis Design for Assembly, Design for Service and Design for manufacturing process. Good understanding of Vehicle design and release gateways
• Exposure of Benchmarking, problem solving tools.
• Knowledge of part design, Component & Aggregate level DFMEA, drafting and conceptualization.
• Knowledge of Bill of Materials.
• Concept Stage to Production& Handling
• Know-how of vehicle related regulations & Certification requirements
• Knowledge of Regulatory requirements , Legislations, Safety & how to incorporate the same in Vehicle Design.
• Provide timely communication about issues and development to reporting manager.
• Execute design projects using engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices and project requirements.
• Proper documentation of technical data consistent with internal procedures
