Job Description

    Job Description
    • Responsible to design/develop and roll out standards for software interface for manufacturing execution system and do customer consulting
    • Provide consultation to Suppliers & internal stakeholders on the defined MES specification & configuration
    • Offer MES system support, project implementation & services in local
    • Responsible for driving and executing Digital Manufacturing Cloud Projects
    • Coordinate all MES related activities and drive continuous improvement of I4.0 projects
    • Verify and review the MES Interface developed from machine supplier
    • Local management of MES/I4.0 roll out projects and lead local MES/I4.0 project, including business analysis collection and validation, budget management and other project management work and so on
    • Knowledge on Basic troubleshooting in MES modules
    • Create the communication concept (event, trigger, transferred data, telegram content) & define MES specifications
    • Commissioning of the MES modules (Responsibility in pre-acceptance, final acceptance, pilot phase, testing and Go-live)
    Requirements gathering and building business cases for MES deployment,
