Job Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor assists in the scheduling of Food and Beverage staff and in tracking all supplies and ordering any inventory needed. He/she will assist in keeping the department adequately staffed, which includes helping to hire, train, cross-train, discipline, motivate, council, and monitor productivity. The Food and Beverage Supervisor also assists in administering training techniques in customer service and monitors its usage and does any other duties assigned by the Food and Beverage Director. Employee shall comply with all BSA/AML regulations, reporting, and training requirements Specifically those in the Grand River Casino Written System of Internal Controls (and appendices) for BSA/AML Compliance.
