Job Description Handle the Shifts independently with proper Planning and Coordination with Planning Team. Ensure the Processes Documentation as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, 45001:2018 Systems and meet all the requirements of API Certification. Set up the effective Quality Assurance System in the Heat Treatment. Ensure regular reporting of Hours and Route Card movement. Ensure proper utilisation and availability of Heat Treatment Equipments. Ensure the availability of heat treatment facility to meet the productions target above 95%. Should be willing able to Trouble shoot the problems in Furnaces other HT Equipments. Ensure availability of all the Consumables required in Heat Treatment. Lead the Team of Heat Treatment Operators. Ensure Training coaching of HT Operators to develop skills and capabilities required to achieve the Organisational Goals. Contribute to PK reductions through i.e. productivity improvements, process improvements. Ensure strict adherence to Business Code of Practice. Be part of RD team to contribute in material science. As and when required, visit the Steel supplier for Inspection.
