We are looking for a reliableMaintenanceManagerto oversee all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the companys facilities.A greatmaintenancemanager will have a solid understanding of plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry and other crafts. They will be well-versed in allmaintenanceprocess and health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will also have aptitude in undertaking administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc.The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the companys business operations.Responsibilities and DutiesDevelopmaintenanceprocedures and ensure implementationCarry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issuesCheck electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionalityPlan and oversee all repair and installation activitiesAllocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessaryMonitor expenses and control the budget formaintenanceManage relationships with contractors and service providersKeepmaintenancelogs and report on daily activitiesEnsure health and safety policies are complied withRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsProven experience asmaintenancemanager or other managerial roleExperience in planningmaintenanceoperationsAbility to keep track of and report on activityOutstanding organizational and leadership abilitiesB.Tech or M.Tech (Preferred from Electrical based)
