Job Description

The School Principal will serve as the educational and administrative leader of the school, responsible for providing strategic direction, managing daily operations, supporting staff and students, and fostering a positive and productive school culture. You will need to provide visionary leadership aligned with the schools mission and goals, supervise and support teachers, staff, and administrative personnel, oversee curriculum development, and ensure high standards of academic achievement. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, implementing school policies, procedures, and discipline programs, managing the schools budget, resources, and facilities, and maintaining open and effective communication with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.As the School Principal, you will lead school improvement initiatives, evaluate outcomes, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal educational regulations, and promote professional development and continuous improvement among staff. The ideal candidate for this role is a collaborative leader with a strong instructional background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for student success.This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a Masters degree. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience as a school principal. The work location for this role is in person with a fixed shift schedule. The benefits include paid time off.,
