Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of business goals for the organization by developing the Agency Channel across all Lines of Business (LOBs). Your key focus will be on developing Agency LOBs such as GWP, Health, IPA, and CL to new benchmarks while maintaining a paramount focus on the COR and ensuring business practices are in line with hygiene standards. Your role will involve driving recruitment and activation through campaigns and engagements, as well as maintaining and enhancing service levels to clients to sustain existing business. You will lead the team to achieve KPI parameters by identifying areas of improvement and enhancing business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Develop the Agency GPW with a strategic approach in each LOB to ensure desired business output.- Create a pathway and approach for the team to achieve business targets.- Focus on Health & IPA GPW by organizing structured training programs for new and existing agents, conducting daily activity meets, and exploring new business opportunities.- Lead recruitment efforts by guiding and designing pathways for the team to onboard high potential agents.Qualifications Required:- 7 years of relevant experience in the industry.- Graduation or Post-Graduation degree.Please Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
