Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our Agency Channel.In this role, you will focus on recruiting and supporting agents, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with clients to expand the company’s reach in the market. Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance agents to build a strong sales network.
  • Train agents on product offerings, sales strategies, and compliance guidelines.
  • Drive sales through agents by generating leads and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and motivation to agents to enhance performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with agents and clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
 Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
