Job Description

Position Description:Were looking to grow our Responsible AI team and if youre an AI Engineer with a Responsible AI background, wed love to hear from you.Your role in our team

  • You will conduct workshops that improve the awareness of AI and its value for our clients business.
  • You will apply functional- or industry-specific methodologies and assets to solve their issues.
  • Create quality, trusted data sets and pipelines for AI model training.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal IT and development teams.
  • Help clients achieve speed to trusted action through AI solutions and work with clients to discover AI use case opportunities through AI Design Sprint workshops and to establish AI center of excellence capabilities and governance (including ethical AI and MLOps).
  • Developing and implementing AI models and solutions, focusing on ethical and responsible practices.
  • Supporting client sales conversations and proposal preparation.
  • Optimizing and maintaining existing AI systems for enhanced performance and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Participating in the full AI development lifecycle, including data preparation, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Contributing to the development of internal guidelines, best practices for responsible AI development and technical training.
  • Staying updated with current AI trends, ethical considerations, and technological advancements.
  • Assisting in the identification and correction in datasets and AI models.
  • Documenting AI development processes and maintaining a transparent record of decisions and methodologies used.
How you strengthen our team
  • Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with big data technologies and tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Experience with database management and data processing.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of cloud services and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) related to AI.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Commitment to ethical AI development and continuous learning in the field.
  • Native French or Dutch with a very good English knowledge.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related technical fields.
  • Medior profile: 3 to 5 years experience.
  • Senior profile: >5 years experience and also a good knowledge of the public sector.
