  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the safety, quality, lead time, cost efficiency, and environmental impact of our warehouse operations
  • Engage with a variety of stakeholders within the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Reflect on your work and assumptions, and you are not afraid to validate these in our operational context
  • Ensure that the flows of material are in synch with the info flows, from the moment they arrive from our supplier until they are sent to our customers
  • Design logistics process flows based on the needs of the organization
  • Actively participate in Continuous Improvement activities, kaizen workshops, and Focus Improvement activities based on your logistics engineering expertise
  • Analyze data to maximize the density of the warehouse zones for optimal productivity and quality of the operations
  • Coordinate the necessary improvement actions
  • Support the operations in the implementation of the dynamic norm model (time studies, work method analysis) and play an important role in the data management
Are you the one
  • Experience in optimization of logistic flows is key
  • Holistic end-to-end view on logistic issues
  • Team player, cross-functional work and able to define priorities
  • Masters Degree in engineering is a plus, else equal with proven and relevant experience
  • Fluently in English and Dutch
