Job Description

  • Developing and implementing the overalltesting strategy for software applications, including selection of appropriatetesting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Creating and maintaining the testingarchitecture and framework, including the development of test automation toolsand processes.
  • Working with software development teams toensure that test cases and scripts are created and maintained throughout thesoftware development lifecycle.
  • Providing technical guidance and leadership tosoftware testing teams and ensuring that all testing activities are performedin accordance with best practices and standards.
  • Analyzing and evaluating test results andworking with software developers to resolve any defects or issues identifiedduring testing.
  • Developing and maintaining testing metrics,reports, and documentation and presenting findings to stakeholders as required.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends,technologies and best practices in software testing and identifying areas forimprovement in the testing process.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior teammembers.
  • Good communication skills and collaborate withcross-functional and globally located teams to ensure that software isdelivered on time and to the required quality standard.
  • Strong experience with Build and Release,Systems Integration, Agile, Estimations/Planning.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Automationframework or solutions.
  • Participate in requirements reviews ensuringthat they are unambiguous, complete, correct and consistent.
  • Ensure conformance to organization and projectspecific quality processes.
