JOB Role :Provide World Class Customer Service. End to Transaction of Reports. Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports. Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Providing Voice support to Internal and External End Users. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users. BE /BSc /BCA engineers with minimum 0 to 5 years of experience and Cisco certified (CCNA) Very good Understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting of Network Connectivity Experience with Cisco routers, switches and security devices Ideal candidate should have experience Routing & Switching & Security If experienced in routing and switching the candidate should possess skills in the areas of troubleshooting enterprise networks with the following technologies Routing Static routes, EIGRP, BGP and OSPF Switching STP, UDLD, ARP, VTP, EtherChannels
