Deep understanding of compensation practices Proficient in job evaluation and job analysis methods Knowledge of establishing job roles, job architecture Expert Knowledge of performance management methodologies Expert knowledge of pay for performance methodologies Knowledge of statutory and regulatory guidelines and its alignment tocompensation structures Ability to analyse complex data and make recommendations in anarticulated manner Proficient in working on global compensation tools Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially with strong MS Excel andPower Point working and presentation skills Exceptional written and verbal communication Ability to independently interact and engage with HR Business partnersand senior stakeholders Highly organised and process oriented Self-starter who can work independently with high level guidance anddirectionResponsibilities Manage the Compensation portfolio for all global locations (India, USA,Europe Partner with various functions and HRBPs to understand theirrequirements, provide insights and support HR specific projects Prepare HR-related documentation including, but not limited to, variablecompensation plans, severance agreements Liaison with external agencies for market data collection and salarybenchmarking
