Assist in implementing changes or modifications to the departments Quality Assuranceevaluation process. Provide management with timely reports documenting findings from the process audits thatidentify trends or opportunities for improvement. Assist the Operations team in employing innovative methods and give feedback to improve theoverall customer experience Ensure that training needs are created and shared with Training team Participate in training and development of individuals when required Make recommendations to minimize/ eliminate errors in the process. Accurately completing approx. 500- 600 audits each month.
