Job Description

Location - Bangalore / Hyderabad (Hybrid Mode - 3days WFO, 2days WFH) Fully Vaccinated Job Position Demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Pega technology. Doing detailed code analysis and documenting business workflows. Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback. Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning. Facilitate requirement analyses, conduct peer reviews and provide feedback, and enhance frameworks. Job Requirement Experience and knowledge of Core Pega. Knowledge in developing automation test suites using any framework. Understanding of Pega UI screen navigations/flow.. Bachelors degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. Proven total & relevant work experience of 4+ years in Pega Technology. WGS Claims Domain knowledge is added advantage. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology. Knowledge of coding languages including Java, OOPS based concepts. Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. Sound knowledge in Pega Technology and good programming skills. Excellent Oral and written communication skills Job Responsibility Engage onshore partners & other stakeholders. Build solutions, recommend best practices, create elegant designs, present business cases. Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business. Plan, design, lead, and execute technical solutions and improvements. Responsible for Code Quality Assurance and ensure code review effectiveness Qualification Graduates having Bachelor degree with relevant experience Good work ethic & team player Committed to delivering high quality code and adhering to target deadlines Experience At least 4+ years of experience in Pega Technologies and WGS Claims knowledge is added advantage. Minimum 4 years hands on experience on PRPC Implementation Complete knowledge on the PEGA Process Flows and activities Proficient on the UI Elements and Reporting elements. Strong knowledge on the Decision Management Techniques in PEGA Experience in Integration (SOAP,HTTP Connectors and Services), Listeners and Batch Processes and Agents. Knowledge on PEGA Upgrade activities and PEGA Mobile Experience on PEGA frameworks. Experience in Integration with Database, External systems via SOAP/REST services Thorough hands-on in using tools like Live-UI, Clipboard and Tracer Understanding of Various environments involved and the deployment activities Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CSSA Experience working on any of the RPA or other automation tools is preferred. Experience and knowledge to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers Skills and Competencies Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in medium to large scale enterprise applications Excellent Oral and written communication skills Ability to engage onshore partners & other stakeholders Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business.
