Description Serve as Business Partner to Managing Director in support of all HR deliverables.. Lead and facilitate human resource initiatives and processes in support of key business needs.. Provide full range of HR support to include recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and training & development.. Execute Talent Management initiatives to include employee engagement survey, performance management, coaching, talent development, succession planning, performance improvement and change management.. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation reward, and recognition of workforce.. Champion the organization culture development activities Job Requirements Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Psychology, or relevant field required.. 15 years of Human Resources experience, with 5+ years in HR leadership role.. Work experience with MNC exposure is desired. Also experience within a manufacturingenvironment / Product based organized is highly desired.. Successful track record as a results-driven HR generalist experienced in organizational development, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and employee training & development.. Knowledge of employment laws, factory labor affairs and HR Practices.. Demonstrated ability to analyze and report data accurately.. Excellent coaching, counseling, and facilitation skills.. Ability to build effective relationships throughout all levels of the organization utilizing strong communications skills and fostering diverse perspectives.. Experience with Workday preferred
