The preferred candidate will have a proven track record of supporting customer accounts at the corporate level as a true partner to our customers.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • To achieve annual sales target.
  • Present, promote and sell products/ solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Maintain strong customer relationship at all levels.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, so that to earn customer loyalty.
  • Control expenses and receivables of designated accounts.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic circuits, products, and industry.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Access customer needs and provide assistance along with relevant information on product features, also to provide basic application support for existing and under development machines.
  • To keep a watch on designated customers, existing and future plans and share them through proper reports.
  • To keep a close track of competition activities at designated customers/market.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • To maintain a strong pipeline of new projects.
  • Handle service calls as and when needed.
  • Coordinate sales effort within team and cross-functional teams, as and when needed.
  • Must abide by defined sales process and systems (including sales force effective usage).
Background & SkillsThe ideal candidate possesses these skills:
  • Must have a total work experience of 10 years including a minimum of 7 years of channel management, preferably in hydraulics industry.
  • Job Location: Bangalore.
  • Good knowledge of basic mobile hydraulics & systems.
  • Demonstrate effective use of value selling.
  • Some knowledge of electro-hydraulic would be preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure situations.
  • Proficient in communication (written as well as verbal).
  • Proficient in MS Office usage.
  • Hold an engineering degree, preferably mechanical.
  • Ready to travel extensively, go-getter approach.
  • Preference from hydraulic or automotive industry.
