• Managing and mentoring a team to implement action plans, enhancing zone-wise performance.
• Optimizing inventory and stock planning in collaboration with supply chain managers.
• Designing and monitoring local sales promotion schemes to maximize impact.
• Taking initiatives to streamline sales processes, distribution, and branch operations.
• Handling customer complaints efficiently and ensuring timely closure.
• Preparing detailed MIS reports, tracking expenses, and overseeing claim settlements.

Requirements

• MBA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in the local language with a willingness to travel extensively.
• Proven track record in driving sales and managing distribution channels.
