• Establishing & strengthening relationships with Bank branch managers & staff to gain leadsr
• Prospecting & meeting walk-in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysisr
• Increasing the banks customer awareness about Life Insurance products and achieving targeted penetration on cross-selling within the branchs customer base.r
• Creating awareness and motivating bank employee stores to commend life insurance products to bank customers.r
• Delivering consistently on Goal Sheet parametersr
• Ensure compliance with internal sales process & other defined sales & service standardsr
