Roles Requirements Design Development - Good in Mechanical Design Engineering for modelling, assemblyand detailing of Oil Gas products. Demonstrated knowledge of engineering fundamentals, GDT, tolerance analysis, design for manufacturing and assembly with exposure to design for reliability and value engineering beneficial. Familiarity and appreciation of relevant Industry codes and standards ASME, API, ISO. Must have fundamental understanding on Materials and material properties, Mechanics of Solids, Product Designand Finite Element Analysis. Expert knowledge of 3D CAD modeling in Creo, generating manufacturing drawingsand CAD data management using Windchill PDMLink. Proficient in using Creo Configuration filesand most of the advanced modules in Creo like Surfacing, ISDX, BMX, MDX, ProManufacturing, ProMould, ProPiping. Understands and applies manufacturing technologies in solutions. Good knowledge on Bill of materials. Good knowledge on Engineering standard, Ensures deliverable. Teamwork Communication skills. Acts as individual contributor and part of a cross-functional project teams. Expected to take Team Lead or Technical Leads positions on medium to large features or projects. Must be open-minded to accept inputs from team members and other senior personnel. Communicates status, resultsor issues in a timely and professional manner, and escalates problems or roadblocks appropriately when necessary. Work experience Preferably on Oil Gas products.
