Job Description

  • Experience: 5 to 8 Years
  • Location: Pan India
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Joiners
 Duck Creek Business Analyst: 
  • Strong knowledge of USA PC Insurance Domain knowledge
  • Experience on Duck Creek products like Policy Data Insight
  • Knowledge of Workers Compensation LOB
  • Experience in documenting customization requirements business rules and data migration requirements for the Implementation of Duck Creek Policy and Data Insight products
  • Collaborate with Customer Business Lead and various business team members to define the business vision and scope for the project
  •  Driving key requirements elicitation design and review sessions
  •  Providing the detail of business scenarios to help define and test the solution
  •  Help business to organize and control business acceptance testing of the solution
  •  Developing business user documentation for the final solution
  • Ensuring user training is adequately carried out
  •  Analysis of business functional requirement
  •  Knowledge transfer on various applications and documenting and sharing the information with resources assigned to provide the required services
  • To highlight the risk for deviation from the OOTB behaviour for any business user stories
  • Perform impact analysis for any change requests
  • Familiarity with PC insurance products rules and methodologies
  •  Ability to write concise user stories and precise acceptance criteria
  •  Elicits detailed product requirements and use cases and develops and maintains the business requirements
  • Soft Skills
  •  The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills in English
  •  Ability to work in a fastpacked environment and ability to multitask
  •  Candidate should be initiative taking with strong analytical skills
  •  Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
  •  Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
  • Inquisitive in nature
  •  The ability to think critically
  •  A liaison between the business side of an enterprise and the information technology department or external service providers
