We are committed to setting the standard for implementation excellence across the ecosystem, ensuring that every project culminates in an enthusiastic customer reference.Career Level: IC4ResponsibilitiesYour Key Duties & Accountabilities

• Engage with partners to build Oracle Fusion expertise within their practice and develop enablement plans to drive successful project implementations.
• Develop innovative and engaging learning content covering end-to-end business flows, practical use cases, and implementation standard methodologies. Ensure that the content is updated for every quarterly release.
• Deliver live in-person/virtual implementation training to our top-tier Consulting partners across the globe, support hands-on lab sessions, and address their implementation queries.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Partner Success, Global Support, and other teams to ensure that the training aligns with our strategic focus areas and addresses ongoing implementation challenges.
• Analyze metrics to measure the impact of the initiative and identify new focus areas to enable and grow the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 10 years of Oracle EBS/Cloud implementation experience with at least 4 years of strong hands-on experience with Fusion Payroll Cloud.
• Expertise in Global HR & Workforce Management will be a plus.
• Oracle Cloud certification in one or two modules will be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering enablement training, either in-person or virtually.
• Deep understanding of implementation priorities and challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Consulting experience is required.
• Candidate should be a qualified Engineer; MBA preferred.
