He/she will also drive HR data accuracy, consistency, and standardization across the global organization.Supervisory Responsibilities: Please indicate the number of direct reports and/or number of indirect reports.This position will have no direct reports.Job Responsibilities: List the professional and/or technical competencies needed when performing the key responsibilities of the position. Please further explain the breadth of the impact this position has (i.e. affects own team, department, function, division, geography, etc.).Responsible for preparing key analytics for the global monthly HR reportSupport the Global Harman Organization with data accuracy and validation for all global variable compensation schemesCollect and organize pieces of information into meaningful and actionable insights using visual design and info graphics that enhances effective decision makingPrepare presentation materials to aid in the communication of HR projects, analyses, etc.Deliver reporting and analytics solutions appropriate to meet the needs of internal customers (ad hoc reporting tools, standard reports, executive dashboards etc.)Drive data accuracy for the global function lined to HRIS and SuccessFactorsEnsure accuracy and data integrity of HR system through periodic review and auditsProvide support for all HR processes throughout the annual People cycle (e.g. performance, merit, target setting)Practice independent thinking in managing work and projectsPerform other HR related assignments as neededBasic Qualifications: List the minimum and desired education (including degrees, licenses, certification or registrations) and experience needed to perform the key responsibilities of the position.Bachelors Degree in related fieldA minimum of 1-3 years of HR analytics experience in a global organizationStrong analytical, research and problem solving skills along with proficiency in HRIS systems, and spreadsheet and database software tools with preferable experience using SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView/SAP, Workday, Qlik View and Tableau.Extensive knowledge of MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), Word (formatting, mail merges) and PowerPoint.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure excellent attention to detailMust be an independent thinker and be able to multi-task and work in fast paced environmentExcellent communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex topics and interact with all levels of management and associates, including HR colleagues and business leadersEligibility Requirements: List specific location of position and PERCENT of willingness to travel.Willingness to travel.Willingness to work in an office.Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.HARMAN (harman.com) designs and engineers connected products and solutions for automakers, consumers, and enterprises worldwide, including connected car systems, audio and visual products, enterprise automation solutions; and services supporting the Internet of Things.
