Central Risk Service teams manage the end-to-end life cycle of the Technology Risk Services and Operational Risk Teams that directly support the EIT business units providing risk consulting and risk services to EIT.Role :The accountabilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Support a regulatory and policy management framework for process, risk, and inventory to provide transparency, accountability, and escalation of regulatory risk management related mattersManage the data governance and integrity of the international regulatory authoritative inventoriesProvide leadership on ensuring data quality and change control standards, procedures and reportingSupport efforts to develop, implement, and mature the technology risk and regulatory management framework across EIT and the firm.Experience identifying and assessing regulatory compliance risk associated with Technology environmentsExperience within an Enterprise Technology function or Technology Risk function with demonstrated knowledge of, technology systems, applications and associated risks in a business environmentResponsibilities:Demonstrated knowledge of Technology and Security risk framework COBIT, FFIEC, NIST, ITIL, COSO, BASEL, and OCC Heightened StandardsUnderstanding of enterprise regulatory requirements & guidance applicable to financial institutionsEvaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls by conducting analysis against regulatory and compliance requirementsKnows when to act independently and when to lead and involve others in decision making processReviews own work product for completeness and accuracy against a set of criteriaProvides the team guidance on policy and processes in support of managementEngage with first and second line of defense to inform, educate, and collaborateMarket Skills and CertificationsEssential Qualifications8 years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 8 years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 5 years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination ofbothDesired QualificationAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationProgram execution experienceExperience communicating with business partners and project managersAdvanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skillsCertified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor, (CISA) Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional, (CISSP) or other risk management discipline certificationAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsExperience communicating in both written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders.
