As part of Oracles Global Internal Support Center of Excellence, youll collaborate with a team of top-tier OAL professionals to analyze existing programs and design innovative solutions for complex internal systems. Reporting to the OAL Internal Support Manager, youll work hand-in-hand with analysts, business partners, and a dynamic project team to deliver impactful results and shape the future of Oracles internal support ecosystem.Career Level: IC4Responsibilities

  • The Application Developer will join their colleagues in providing high quality implementation solutions and production support.
  • Design, develop, test, document, and support:
    • Application enhancements and integrations
    • Standard and advanced reporting solutions for management, compliance, data quality, and organizational insight
    • Solutions for key business needs using standard application configurations as well as advanced automated processing
  • Explore and implement Oracle products that elevate our Internal Support solutions.
  • Take charge of testing and managing mandatory upgrades and monthly releases to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Lead production support, streamline new user onboarding, and drive seamless team integration.
  • Collaborate with product experts, community support, and cloud operations teams to resolve challenges and enhance integrations.
  • Partner with Analysts to craft innovative solutions that meet and exceed business goals.
  • Advocate for smarter development, maintenance, and system standards to optimize efficiency.
  • Champion initiatives to reduce technical debt and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
  • API Integration experience is a plus
  • Familiar with Agile principles and roles in JIRA. Scrum master is a plus
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Familiar with application administration, system administration, project management, release management, production support, or operational support
  • JAVA, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, SOAP, REST, or similar technologies development experience
  • SQL, PL/SQL or similar query languages
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and driven to innovate
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and priorities.
  • Able to prioritize in a multi-tasking environment
  • Three to four years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, Service applications for IT ticketing management
  • Visual Builder and oJet experience is a plus
  • Oracle Applications.
