You will be integral to managing automation of control and control testing which allows ANZ to be proactive and leading in their technology risk management practices.The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of risk, controls and delivery frameworks as well as have a deep proven understanding in technology. • Lead, mentor and manage a team of Engineers
• Deliver ANZ Technology Assurance & Controls team Automation agenda
• Use your understanding of risk, and controls to find a technical solution and engage broader technical teams to drive improvement and uplift on their capabilities and outcomes related to technology delivery and operations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to provide more effective and insightful analysis, oversight and engagement

What will you bringTo grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• 10 years hands-on programming.
• Extensive hands-on experience in coding in at least 5 of the following areas at expert level: Python (Django), JavaScript, Co-pilot, ServiceNow, Cloud AI, SQL and Qlik/Tableau
• At least 5 years experience in ANZ systems integration
• Extensive experience in Senior Engineering roles, mentoring and stakeholders management
• Self-driven and thrive to learn and succeed.

• Use your understanding of risk, controls and delivery frameworks to find a technical solution and engage broader technical teams to drive improvement and uplift on their capabilities and outcomes related to technology delivery and operations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to provide more effective and insightful analysis, oversight and engagement
• The ability to tell the story and present accurate data in a meaningful and functional manner, meeting customer requirements.
• Ability to understand new technology quickly, problem solve, and a can-do attitude will set you on the path to success.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Computer Science (Major in Computing)Youre not expected to have 100 PERCENT of these skills.
